Richardson Pearce power forward Drew Timme’s lengthy offer list continues to grow.
On Thursday, Shaka Smart and the Texas Longhorns became the latest to jump into the mix, extending an offer to give Timme his 20th to date.
Along with Texas, Timme also owns invitations from Creighton, Gonzaga, Kansas State, Oklahoma State, Virginia and Xavier, among a variety of others.
Gonzaga is among the schools pushing the hardest as of late, and Dallas-area forward has already made visits to Oklahoma, TCU, and Baylor, in addition to in-home visits from various coaches. Smart and the ‘Horns will now attempt to do the same as Texas pursues its first 2019 pledge.
Timme joins elite Kissimmee (Fla.) Osceola star Omar Payne, Federal Way (Wa.) standout Jaden McDaniels and Huntington Prep (W.Va) product Quinn Slazinkski as the four power forward prospects with a Texas offer to date.
At 6-foot-9, 210 pounds, Timme is ranked as the nation’s No. 19 power forward and is the top-ranked power forward in Texas, per the 247Sports Composite.
